A very large 149 ha. plot of agricutural land. After a three year period of leasing, it is possible for non-Hugarians to buy this plot. Our lawyer could draw up the contracts for this. There is also a farmhouse ( Tanya ) in need of total renovation along with three multifunctional stables, currently being used to house sheep. There is also a small river in the vicinity. There is also the possibility to purchase more land. The planning commission have decided to build a new road through the plot in 2010. This means that there will be compensation and also the possibility to use part of the plot for commercial purposes
