A brick built farmhouse (Tanya) which is very well maintained but in need of some modernisation. On the second floor, which is currently not in use, there is the possibility of creating an extra bedroom. There is a storage area of 30 sq. mts., a large basement of 102 sq. mts. and a terrace. Close to the house, which is currently being heated by a wood burning stove, there is a connection point for town gas. The location is on the outskirts of Cegléd and approximately 5 kms. from the town centre. The area is agricultural and woodland.
