This is an excellent opportunity for a farmer or smallholder to relocate within a farming environment. There are several possibilities available for purchasing this small working farm. As this is a rather complex subject we will only attempt to give a brief summary on one of the options available.

A Kft (a type of Hungarian limited company) with 17 Ha of land, 5 Ha of which is already built on. The buildings comprise of a house, 1 office unit, 11 outbuildings (mostly stables). There is also some machinery. At the present time there are approximately 500 sheep, 8 horses and a selection of other farm animals. When the sale is completed there is likely to be a small adjustment in the price dependant upon the actual number of animals at the time of the sale.

The Kft currently receives an annual grant from the Hungarian government for the sheep. There is the possibility to rent an additional 76 Ha of land.
