This farmhouse (Tanya) is in need of restoration. There are 2 further buildings one of which is a vinery with a cellar. The rooms are available for bathroom, toilet and kitchen but they are not installed. There is also the possibility of installing gas central heating using propane. It is a superb location in the midst of peaceful woodland yet is still less than 1km from a bus stop to take you to the centre of Cegléd. The large plot has a good selection of fruit trees.
