This former school building has been tastefully rebuilt into a luxury villa. At the present time part of the building is in use for production of pharmaceuticals. This part is 130 sq. mt. and holds several areas which can easily be transformed into extra rooms. The same applies to the very large attic. There is also an integral garage, double glazing, alarm system and electrical gate with remote control. Water is from a well with a special filtration system to purify the water.
