A very large, 180 sq. mt. farmhouse (Tanya ), needing total renovation, on an equally large plot of 3ha. There are several outbuildings, among them a so called summer kitchen and stables of 80 sq. mt. Another recently built outbuilding of 90 sq. mt. has been constructed without permission. It may have to be demolished or a permit applied for but there is no guarentee that it will be granted. The two main buildings, the Tanya and summer kitchen, are in good condition, especially the roofs and guttering. The Tanya has 5, mostly spacious rooms, but the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are not installed. The water and electricity connections are in the house and there is space for more rooms. The summer kitchen has two rooms with water and electricity connections. It is possible to extend this building by reconstructing the stables into a living area. The location offers a great deal of privacy and a beautiful view of the plains. The legal fees are included in the price.
