A large pleasant town house in the village of Törtel. It is situated on the main road from Cegléd to Abony, but the entrance is in a quiet side street. Public transport and shops are all within walking distance. The main building was constructed in 1990 and a side extension added in 2000. There is also a separate garage. On the 2nd floor it is possible to create 2 or 3 extra rooms. Throughout the house you will find tiled floors and, in the kitchen and bathroom, tiled walls. The house is ready for habitation, built to western standards with all amenities such as water, gas and mains drainage. There are also connections for cable TV and Internet. Air conditioning and an alarm system are installed.
