About the house

A double house located only 300 mts. from Lake Balaton and 1.5 kms. from the centre of the pleasant city of Siófok. Both houses have their own entrances with their own meters for gas and water. So it is therefore possible for separate use or rental. In the garden there is a shed of 9 sq. mts. and various fruit trees. There is also a covered terrace which gives some shade during the summer. Apart from those specified there is a combination heater for central heating and hot water, cable TV, Internet and telephone. The house is also connected to main drains.
