A large family house which is in need of modernisation and some renovation. The present owner will undertake the re-decoration and cleaning of the house and the tidying of the garden. The bathroom and kitchen are not installed. The structure of the house is in very good condition. It is already connected to town gas, water, electricity and mains drains. There is also cable TV. The location is very favourable, on a metalled road, close to local shops, public transport and the amenities of the larger town of Cegléd.
