A partially renovated former school. The building is connected to all town facilities such as water, electricity, gas and sewage. The loft area is suitable for creating additional living space. On the ground floor there are 4 rooms with areas for the kitchen, bathroom, toilet with all connections, but these have not been installed. There is also a very long hallway.
The building is 44 mts. long with a current total living area of 290 sq. mts.
This former school was built in 1927 and the date stone has been kept intact and is incorporated in the outside wall.
The large town plot is located between two metalled roads.
