A partially renovated farmhouse (Tanya) with several out buildings which are still in need of some work.
The house structure is ready but the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are not yet installed; though all connections are in place. The electricity, water pump and sceptic tank have all been renewed.
Adjacent to the house is 3.2 ha. of land that may be available to purchase in the future.
The location is very beautiful with wooded areas and views overlooking the plaines, whilst at the same time, not far from the tourist village of Tiszaceckske with all amenities and the well known Thermal Baths and and the river Tisza.
