A spacious 2 floor family house which was built only two years ago. Total living space is 120 sq. mts. plus the loft space.
On the ground floor there is a large open living space with living area, dining area and an open plan kitchen. The simple kitchen also has a storage room. There is a good sized bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. On the first floor there area three good sized bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom with a corner bath.
Throughout the house there are either ceramic or parquet floors, solid wood double glazed windows and doors. In all rooms there are connections for cable TV and Internet.
From the garden there is a clear view over a large open field.
Shops such as Lidl are within walking distance as is public transport (railway and bus station) and the very pleasant town centre
