Needing modernisation this farmhouse ( Tanya ) is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Törtel.
It has all of the advantages of living in a village, such as, mains drains, gas, electricity, cable TV, Internet, and refuse collection etc. This is an exceptionally large plot of land with the possibility of extending the living space. The total habitable area at the moment is approx. 160 sq. mts. which contains the main building and several out buildings, amongst which are a summer kitchen, and a vinery with a dry cellar.
