Little Tanya, building in good condition but lack of any comfort.

There are 3 separate rooms, each with its own access from outside. The first room is a living / bedroom of reasonable size. The second area is quite narrow so-called half a room and is now used as a kitchen. The toilet is outside. Via a staircase on the outside you have access to the 1 floor and there is the ability to create a spacious bedroom. The area is predominantly agricultural and horticultural, on the 0.7 acre parcel are many fruit trees. Costs are not included.
