This very large lot has 2 houses, a garage and several outbuildings. Despite its location in the metropolitan area of the picturesque village Törtel it offers alot of privacy. All is well maintained. The main house has thermopane glazing throughout and is connected to all city facilities such as sewage gas and electricity facilities, but also cable TV, internet and telephone. The rooms are spacious, especially the living room and bedroom have a decent size. Almost everywhere in this house you will find parquet floor (no laminates!). The second house, although not connected to the urban facilities but run up to the house making it easy to make the facilities connections.
