About the house

These are 2 houses, a newly built Tanya on a original 0.6 Ha of land. The new Tanya is in stone on a concrete foundation, both the walls and floor are insulated. The exterior is not quite finished (Plaster), but the current Dutch owner promised to finish the outside, to make it a bit nicer in appearance. The floor area is approximately 50 sqm. Layout: entrance in kitchen, a living room and bedroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is a possibility to make an extra bedroom. The second is an original Tanya also 50 sqm, there it has a large entrance / hallway with an original tile floor, a storage room, small kitchen and 2 rooms. The area is very nice with an open view over the fields and forest.
