About the house

This family home is located in one of the most mountainous region of Hungary, at the foot of the Bükk mountain range, and not far from Eger (20 km), Szilvásvárad (10 km) and Egerszalók (40 km). The house and the installation takes possession of the house as a residence or summerhouse. The beautiful setting is ideal for resting, walking and cycling (mountain biking). In the village for some Dutch, English and German families a holiday.
The house is in Bükkszentmárton on a plot of 968 m2, in the middle of the quiet village, with a 500 meter distance of a grocery, a bus stop and the medical practice.
Lower floor: 2 rooms / storage rooms of 4.5 x 4.5 meters.
Upper floor: total size 85 m2: entrance hall with a view of 3 x 3 m, Facing the street, there are 2 rooms of 4.5 x 4.5 m with parquet and PVC. The windows have shutters and the view at the newly built small church. The roomsare suitable as a living room or bedroom. The 3rd area of 4.5 x 4.5 m, with sink and PVC flooring is suitable for cooking. The bathroom is 1.5 x 3 m with bath and toilet and a boiler with heating.
