Well maintained house in farmers still original state, so there is no kitchen, bathroom or toilet (or outside) the house and the water is out. The condition of the buildings are located is good, but there must therefore be thoroughly modernized to Western standards to make habitable, a very large purchase is not in Hungary because the prices for such investments is very low.
The location is extraordinary, surrounded by vast forests. Really a must for nature lovers and peace seeker.
