This family house was built around the 1950s with adobe walls and a concrete base. Except for one room, which is covered with a wooden floor, and linoleum was laid on it. The floor in the room next to the window, in the living room and in the kitchen is also covered with linoleum. Some of the external windows and doors were replaced with plastic in 2021. The toilet and bathroom are in one room, which is covered with cold cladding. As you can see in the picture, it is equipped with a new boiler. The heating is solved with a gas convector, but a stove can also be placed in the living room. (It used to be there.) A pantry opens from the kitchen, where the window is also new.
